The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. We do not track "cookies"

Satisfactions & Returns

At Honey B Valentine we want you to be happy with both our products and our service. If you do receive faulty goods or an order with any discrepancies please notify us within 3 days of delivery. All return items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.

We will not accept returns on mis-ordered items so please view our sizes guides before ordering.

Returns are the responsibility of the customer, so we recommend all goods are returned via traceable means (eg Recorded or Special Delivery). If an item is not returned via traceable means we will not be held responsible for items that get lost in the post. Returns must also include original invoices stating items to be refunded.

All returned garments will be subject to a £2.50 handling charge.

Notice is given that free offers will be accounted for if returned goods takes the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level.

Delivery

Your order will be processed immediately and we endeavor to to dispatch within 24 hours.

If your item is out of stock we would expect to get your goods to you within 10-13 working days. We will contact you via email within 24 hours to inform you of any delay with your order. All brands are re-stocked weekly however Leg Avenue items are ordered in fortnightly and may take up to 14 days to be dispatched.

We accept the following credit cards:- Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Delta, Solo, Electron and Switch.

All payments to Honey B Valentine are taken via PayPal, which is a ebay company. Unlike many other banking sites this does not require registration to send any payment. Paypal offers added payment security and an integrated complaints resolution centre.

Paypal uses the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). EBAY INC. has been verified as the owner and operator of the Payment website Paypal.
